This summer the Affordable Housing Team met with the Mayor of Chapel Hill, and seven of the eight Town Council Members to lay the groundwork for a funding request for our master leasing program.
Along with our request to Chapel Hill, this fall we will be able to begin a discussion with the Orange County Commissioners to lay the foundation for a funding request from the County in the first months of 2019.
The agenda will include scheduling introductory meetings with County Commissioners, and actions that we can take to deliver our power behind our funding request to the Town of Chapel Hill.
