The focus of the Immigration Action Team is on barriers to education and employment for immigrant youth. The Team has conducted research actions with key players in public schools and Durham Tech, and organized a house meeting with over 20 youth to further focus direction. This goal of this meeting is to develop a specific issue proposal for presentation at the February 1 Annual Meeting.
