Join Justice United leaders and senior Industrial Areas Foundation Organizer Perry Perkins for a special training opportunity.
The IAF is nationally and internationally recognized for the use of community organizing tools to recruit and develop talented leaders and knit communities together for collective action. Over the course of this training participants will learn what those tools are, how to use them to bring about sustainable community change, and how these same tools can be exercised to build more powerful, welcoming, and relational organizations.
This training is being led in collaboration with the NC Alliance for Health, a broad based public health coalition working for healthy food access. Therefore, this training is also an excellent opportunity to network with 40+ directors and staff of statewide public health organizations. Lunch will be provided.
Justice United has a limited amount of seats for this unique training event.
Please contact JU Organizer Devin Ross at [email protected] or 919 328 3966 if you are interested in attending.
