Heaven Practice Housing, an initiative of Orange County Justice United in partnership with Habitat for Humanity of Orange County, unites faith communities to practice Beloved Community by expanding deeply affordable homeownership for working households through shared generosity, strategic partnerships, and community action. 

Our initial goal is to ensure that 10+ Orange County Habitat Auman Village homes are affordable for households earning 30-50% of the Area Median Income, whose incomes, without these additional funds, would not qualify under Habitat's standard affordability underwriting. Our vision is to expand the homeownership opportunity to more households earning the incomes of essential workers such as CNAs, bus drivers, custodial staff, and daycare workers.
