Families across Orange County are struggling to access scarce mental health resources. Deacon Luis Royo, Director of Hispanic Ministries at St. Thomas More, shared a reflection on stories he's heard about the need for better mental health services, during the August 19 Core Leaders meeting:

We'll reflect together on issues -- like mental health access -- raised during listening sessions, during our September 30 Assembly. After listening to more testimonies like Deacon Royo's, we'll decide together how we want to focus our power in the coming organizing season.
