You're invited: Relational Meeting Training with Heaven Practice and Justice United
Tuesday, March 10
Optional light meal at 6:30 pm, training 7-8:30 pm
Learn and practice this essential tool for making community change and strengthening congregations.
Relational meetings are one-to-one conversations that build and strengthen relationships, by sharing about what matters most to you, and the stories that have shaped how you see and live in the world. Relational meetings are a powerful tool for both congregations and community organizing. They deepen understanding, trust, and joy within congregations. They also strengthen a community's ability to make change for justice, through groups like Justice United.
On March 10, you're invited to:
- Join members from the Heaven Practice congregations, as well as United Church of Chapel Hill and the Advocate.
- Learn about relational meetings and then practice one in real-time, to continue building relationships with other Heaven Practice and Justice United members.
- Brainstorm how relational meetings can strengthen your congregation -- and your congregation's capacity to make real change.
